ACRYTHERM®
ACRYTHERM® is the exclusive material developed by Rebeton to design bespoke mineral solutions for façades and flooring. The result of several years of research and experience, it combines industrial rigor with creative freedom.
The objective: to offer specifiers, project owners, and architects a reliable, durable, and aesthetically controlled solution, capable of adapting to the widest range of constraints.

Composition
The uniqueness of ACRYTHERM® lies in its composition. This material combines 90% quartz—selected for its hardness and natural resistance—with a high-performance methacrylate resin, ensuring cohesion and stability. Color is integrated directly into the mass using mineral pigments, providing a uniform and long-lasting hue, with no fading over time.
The careful selection of quartz particle sizes, the precise proportioning of components, and the quality of the binders give the material remarkable technical properties, while allowing for a wide variety of finishes and textures.
Key features

Its durability
a 100% recyclable material, resistant to frost, UV exposure, impacts, and chemical agents.

Its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
allowing the creation of large, thin formats that are easier to handle and install, without any compromise on strength.

Its zero porosity
preventing any infiltration and making maintenance easier.

Its low environmental impact
thanks to an ambient-temperature manufacturing process, locally sourced raw materials, and a longer lifespan than concrete, reducing the need for material replacement.
Manufacturing
The entire manufacturing process is carried out in our Bethonvilliers facility.
The mortar, made from carefully selected raw materials, is poured into molds specifically designed for each production run. After vibration to eliminate air bubbles and ensure optimal compaction, the slabs polymerize at ambient temperature for one hour.
They are then demolded and can be:
- shipped in their raw state,
- cut like natural stone,
- precisely machined to meet project requirements: chamfers, recesses, drillings, format adjustments, and surface treatments.
This complete control over the entire production chain allows us to guarantee consistent quality for every piece, strict compliance with dimensional tolerances, and the ability to meet specific requirements, even for non-standard projects.

Technical references
The detailed performance of ACRYTHERM® is described in our Technical Assessments and EPDs (Environmental Product Declarations), available upon request. These documents certify the material’s compliance with current standards and its ability to meet the regulatory and environmental requirements of contemporary projects.
