Located on the seafront in Monaco, the Luciana residence is a mixed-use building combining residential units and commercial spaces, set in a particularly demanding environment where architectural precision and material quality are essential. Exposed to marine winds, sea spray, and seismic constraints specific to the region, the project requires solutions that are both durable and technically precise. The architecture features a façade articulated through a sequence of volumes and projections, structuring the composition and enhancing the perception of the building.

To complement this façade design, Rebeton designed and manufactured made-to-measure ACRYTHERM® mineral panels. The panels clad the balconies, planters, and bow windows, with bespoke pieces specifically developed to adapt to the geometry of each element and the precision of architectural details, while meeting the project’s structural requirements and regulatory standards in a seismic zone.

Made-to-measure manufacturing ensures line continuity and sharp edges, while providing long-lasting resistance to coastal weather conditions. Through their mineral materiality and precise installation, Rebeton elements contribute to the contemporary and enduring expression of the façade.
