Located in Asnières-sur-Seine, the Ateliers 92 project, designed by Thual & Buret Architectes, comprises a collective housing development set within a renewing urban fabric. The architecture features a subtle, contemporary expression, based on fragmented volumes and a façade articulated through the alternation of solid panels, windows, and outdoor spaces.

The composition highlights light-colored façades, whose uniform materiality enhances the readability of the volumes and the overall coherence of the development. Loggias and balconies animate this regular grid, creating a play of depth and relief that contributes to the quality of living spaces.

Within this context, Rebeton produced ACRYTHERM® mineral panels, integrated into the façades of the upper floors. These panels support the architectural expression by emphasizing the regularity of the grids and providing visual continuity across all volumes.

Made-to-measure manufacturing ensures precise alignment, sharp window reveals, and continuity of lines, contributing to the high-quality execution of the façade. The mineral materiality, combined with the light colour, captures light and enhances the perception of brightness of the building within its environment.

This project demonstrates Rebeton’s ability to support contemporary residential developments, providing made-to-measure mineral solutions that contribute to architectural coherence, perceived quality, and long-term durability of the façades.
