Located in Gland, between Geneva and Lausanne, the H Business Park is a mixed-use office and commercial complex characterized by contemporary architecture with clean lines. The project is organized around a play of stacked volumes, where light mineral façades interact with large glazed surfaces, creating an elegant and distinctly corporate image.

Designed by Zimmermann Architects, the building stands out for the strong horizontality of its facades and the precision of its construction details. The white volumes appear to frame the glazed levels, enhancing the readability of the overall composition and reinforcing its architectural identity.

In this context, Rebeton designed and manufactured the facade cladding using ACRYTHERM® D mineral slabs in a custom Light Grey colour with a matte finish. The elements are secured using integrated inserts, allowing for invisible fixings and perfect control over the final appearance of the envelope.

The slabs are installed horizontally, emphasizing the building’s lines and reinforcing the continuity of the volumes. Custom fabrication also enabled the creation of monolithic returns, ensuring seamless continuity of the material at angles and around frames. This solution enhances the perception of a solid, homogeneous façade without any visual breaks.

The light colour of the material complements the transparency of the glazed façades and contributes to the overall brightness of the project. Paired with the understated matte finish, it reinforces the contemporary and enduring image of the complex.

The precision of the fabricated elements guarantees regular joints, sharp edges, and continuous lines across the entire envelope. Every detail contributes to the architectural quality of the project and to the perception of a building that is durable, elegant, and meticulously executed.
