La matière ACRYTHERM, signature minérale de Rebeton.

Rebeton is an independent family-owned company specialized in the design and manufacture of mineral cladding solutions for architecture.
For over 40 years, we have been developing bespoke mineral slabs for façades, flooring, and specific applications, both indoors and outdoors.

Our production site is located in France, in the Territoire de Belfort.
It is there that we design, manufacture, and control all of our products, with a constant commitment to quality, precision, and reliability.

Rebeton has developed a unique composite mineral material, ACRYTHERM®, based on quartz and methacrylate resin, tailored to meet the technical, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements of contemporary projects.

We support architects, engineering consultancies, and contractors in defining reliable solutions adapted to project constraints and real-world installation conditions.

In 2017, the second generation succeeded the founder to continue and further develop this expertise, in a spirit of continuity.
This transition reflects the core principles that have shaped the company: technical rigor, controlled innovation, and a strong sense of project responsibility.

Over the years, the development of the ACRYTHERM® material and its manufacturing processes has expanded what is possible, from rationalized projects to the most complex architectural achievements.

1984

Company founded by Mr. P. Caruso.
The activity began with the manufacture of prefabricated elements on timber frames.

1986

Commissioning of the first production line, marking the transition to a structured industrial phase. Development of the first large-format prefabricated elements, up to 3 × 12 meters.

1990

Creation of a production line dedicated to small-format slabs for ventilated façades. This step strengthens Rebeton’s expertise and helps further assert its industrial identity.

2000

Implementation of a dedicated production line for flooring slabs, opening the way to new applications and markets.

2004

Launch of the manufacturing of mineral slabs for ventilated façades, in formats up to 3100 × 1200 mm—proof of our mastery of large dimensions.

2014

Launch of large-scale production of large-format slabs, reaching 1.50 × 4 meters.

2016

Rebeton designs and manufactures bespoke mineral slabs, up to 2 × 5.20 meters, for ambitious and demanding architectural projects.

2017

Handover to the second generation, leading Rebeton into a new phase driven by innovation, bespoke solutions, and quality.

Shared high standards at every stage of the project
At Rebeton, our values are reflected in the way we design, manufacture, and support every project. They guide our technical choices, our industrial organization, and our relationships with design teams.

Technical excellence
Each solution is carefully studied to meet regulatory, structural, and usage constraints. We integrate these parameters from the earliest project phases to ensure reliable and fully controlled solutions.

Craftsmanship at an industrial scale
Rebeton combines the precision of craftsmanship with the robustness of an industrial production tool. Each piece is designed specifically for the project, while benefiting from a manufacturing framework that ensures consistent quality, dimensional stability, and repeatability.

Bespoke solutions without predefined limits
We do not start from a fixed catalogue. When the project requires it, we design non-standard solutions, develop specific components, and create the tools needed to make the project feasible.
This ability to push technical boundaries makes it possible to bring complex architectural intent to life, without compromise.

Industrial precision
Our production tool is designed to support this design freedom. It enables us to manufacture unique pieces or complex series with a high level of precision and reliability.

A relationship built on trust
We work in close collaboration with architects, engineering consultancies, and contractors, as a committed technical partner attentive to both design intent and on-site realities.

Durability
Our solutions are designed to last, both in their performance and in their architectural integration, in line with a responsible approach to construction.
