Our environmental
commitments
Design architecture to last.
Create mineral solutions built to stand the test of time, withstand everyday use, and sustainably reduce pressure on natural resources.
Durability as the primary environmental lever
The most effective way to reduce a building’s environmental impact is to extend its service life.
ACRYTHERM® solutions are designed to meet this requirement, with a reference service life of 50 years, documented by a verified FDES and registered in the INIES database. Stable and highly resistant to weathering, UV, frost, pollution, and mechanical stress, Rebeton’s mineral panels retain their performance and appearance over time, with minimal maintenance. This durability reduces the need for replacement and refurbishment, and therefore the associated impacts over the building’s entire life cycle.
Reducing the carbon footprint across the full life cycle
Environmental performance must be assessed across the entire life cycle of a building.
Thanks to the material’s durability, dimensional stability, and controlled weight (around 35 kg/m² at 15 mm thickness), Rebeton solutions help reduce the overall carbon footprint of projects.
Over a 50-year service life, the carbon impact is around 50 kg CO₂e/m², including the end-of-life benefits from recycling the aluminium subframe and the absence of heavy treatments or energy-intensive coatings.

ISO 14001–certified production site

As proof and recognition of our commitments, our production site was awarded ISO 14001 certification in 2022. The management principles we have implemented demonstrate our dedication to pollution prevention and to full compliance with environmental regulations across all our activities—from design and manufacturing to the sale of our products and solutions.
A responsible,
controlled industrial manufacturing processe
Environmental commitment is embedded in our manufacturing processes and in the way our industrial site is managed, ISO 14001–certified.
This certification structures a continuous improvement approach designed to measure, reduce, and control environmental impacts at every stage of production.
Energy efficiency
Panel polymerisation takes place at ambient temperature, limiting energy consumption while ensuring consistent material quality.
Responsible resource management
Water used in production is filtered and reused.
Most raw materials are sourced close to the site to reduce transport-related impacts. Production offcuts are recovered and reintroduced into the manufacturing process. Made-to-measure production means manufacturing the right quantity—without unnecessary overproduction.
Optimised logistics
Panels are mainly shipped on dedicated, reusable metal racks designed to secure transport and handling on site.
This system reduces single-use packaging and helps limit waste generation on construction sites.

Sustainable architecture
isn’t just about recycling.
It’s about designing façades that last
without compromise.
