  • on its legitimate interest in producing anonymous statistics via the Matomo tool configured in accordance with CNIL recommendations,
  • on the user’s consent for analytics tools requiring consent (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity).

5. Audience measurement tools

The Site uses the following tools:

Matomo

Audience measurement solution configured to anonymize the IP address, not combine the data with other processing operations, and limit data retention.
This data is used exclusively for internal statistical purposes.

Google Analytics (GA4)

Service provided by Google that allows the collection of website traffic statistics.
This processing is based on the user’s consent.

Microsoft Clarity

Service provided by Microsoft that makes it possible to analyze user interactions with the Site (clicks, navigation, scrolling).
This processing is also based on consent.

6. Data transfers outside the European Union

Certain third-party tools, in particular Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, may involve the transfer of data to countries located outside the European Union.

These transfers are governed by the legal mechanisms provided for under the applicable regulations (standard contractual clauses or mechanisms recognized as adequate by the European Commission).

7. Data retention period

Data collected through forms is kept for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact initiated by the user.

Data generated by audience measurement tools is retained in accordance with the periods specified in the Cookie Policy (maximum 13 months for trackers).

8. Recipients of the data

Personal data is intended for REBETON’s internal departments.

They may also be processed by technical service providers involved in the hosting or maintenance of the Site.

The data is hosted by OVH, whose servers are located in France.

No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

REBETON implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data.
