Avenue Montaigne Paris
Rue de l'Université Paris

Located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, the project at 50 Avenue Montaigne involves the renovation of 13,500 m² of high-end office space. Designed by FRESH Architectures, the project aims to revitalise an existing building with a contemporary expression while preserving the elegance and prestige characteristic of this exceptional urban context.

The façade is a central element of the project, serving both as a medium for architectural expression and as a complex technical interface. It features a refined interplay of volumes and lines, combining curved planes with orthogonal surfaces in a composition that plays with light and reflections.

Within this context, Rebeton designed and manufactured the exterior façade cladding using ACRYTHERM® D mineral panels, developed with a bespoke, project-specific formulation. The project’s geometric complexity—combining right-angled panels with curved elements—required fully customised manufacturing, capable of meeting the requirements of a curtain wall installation while ensuring precision and consistency.

The choice of a polished glossy finish enhances the material’s depth and captures variations in light throughout the day. This finish helps to highlight the volumes and adds to the elegance of the façade.

Moreover, the lightweight ACRYTHERM® D solution helps reduce the load on the curtain wall—a critical consideration in this type of configuration.

Each panel was designed to fit precisely within a carefully planned layout, ensuring continuity of lines and high-quality execution. The façade thus becomes a coherent system, where the technical performance of the material serves a controlled architectural expression.

This iconic project fully showcases Rebeton’s expertise in developing made-to-measure mineral solutions for complex projects, where design freedom, technical precision, and high-quality finishes must coexist without compromise.
