Located on the heights of Neuchâtel, the Bella Vista project is set within a high-quality residential environment, offering open views over the lake and an exceptional living setting. The site includes the construction of eight buildings, designed according to Minergie standards—a Swiss label recognized for its high requirements in terms of comfort, energy efficiency, and climate protection—with particular attention paid to the quality of the building envelope.

Within this context, Rebeton designed and manufactured the façade bands using bespoke ACRYTHERM® mineral slabs, precisely integrated into the architectural composition. These elements emphasize the building’s levels and reinforce the horizontal reading of the façades.

The precision of manufacturing and the mineral materiality of the slabs create clean, continuous lines, contributing to the overall architectural coherence. The façade bands thus help structure the elevations while supporting the project’s contemporary expression, at the heart of this eco-district.
