Located in Saint-Denis, this building sits within a bustling urban environment, where the ground floor plays a key role in both the building’s perception and its interaction with public space. Being the most exposed area, it is subject to specific constraints related to high-traffic use, impacts, and close proximity to pedestrian flows.

In this context, Rebeton was commissioned to create the ground floor cladding using ACRYTHERM® D mineral panels, designed to meet these high-performance requirements. Thanks to their enhanced resistance, the panels achieve a Q4 rating, making them particularly suitable for heavily used areas.

Beyond technical performance, special attention was given to aesthetic continuity. The colours and finishes were carefully developed to ensure seamless integration with the upper floors, providing a uniform visual reading of the façade.

Properly treated, the ground floor no longer represents a vulnerable area but becomes a robust and high-quality architectural base, contributing to the building’s identity while meeting everyday usage demands.
