Located in Paris, the Strato project features a contemporary architecture where the façade serves as a key interface between technical performance and architectural expression. Set within a constrained urban environment, the building meets high standards, certified BBC, BREEAM Very Good, and NF Commercial Buildings.
The façade construction system is adapted to the structural, acoustic, and thermal requirements specific to each orientation. On the south and west façades, which are particularly exposed, the project uses a thin mineral cladding.
Within this context, ACRYTHERM® D mineral panels developed by Rebeton are integrated into a timber subframe, creating a thin, high-performance system with excellent acoustic and thermal properties. Their slim profile and robustness allow the project to combine technical requirements with architectural quality, while ensuring the long-term durability of the envelope.
The panels, finished in fine stone for some and matte for others, are available in a range of shades from light grey, iron grey, and antimony to anthracite. This colour palette contributes to the façade’s rhythmic reading and its integration into the urban landscape. Made-to-measure manufacturing ensures precise alignment and continuity of lines, reinforcing the overall coherence of the envelope.
This project demonstrates Rebeton’s ability to operate within complex façade systems, providing mineral solutions tailored to contemporary requirements for performance, lightness, and durability.
