Located in the heart of Issy-les-Moulineaux, the Issy Cœur de Ville project, designed by Valode & Pistre Architectes, is a major urban development combining residential units, offices, retail, and public spaces within a 100,000 m² complex organized around a central park.

Designed as a true living environment, the project places special emphasis on the ground floors, which are directly connected to pedestrian flows and daily activities. These highly exposed areas contribute significantly to the image and perceived quality of the entire urban development.

Within this context, Rebeton designed and manufactured ACRYTHERM® mineral panels for the ground-floor façades, featuring an enhanced resistance option (Q4 rating) suitable for high-traffic areas.

Made-to-measure manufacturing ensures line continuity and precise panel layout, while providing enhanced durability to withstand the demands of urban ground floors, including impacts, heavy foot traffic, and direct exposure to public spaces.

The project also incorporates a customization aspect, with markings and graphic elements integrated directly into the material. This treatment embeds the project’s identity within the façades themselves, extending the architectural design down to the finest details.
