Located in the high-tech district of Plan-les-Ouates in Geneva, the L’Atelier project encompasses a large-scale complex dedicated to craft and industrial activities. Comprising three buildings, it is distinguished by an architecture that is both rhythmic and monumental, featuring strong horizontal lines, grand entrances, and integrated luminous elements within the facade.

Within this context, Rebeton installed ACRYTHERM® mineral panels in Glacier colour on selected areas of the facades. These panels contribute to the building’s architectural expression, accentuating its lines and complementing the variations in volume.

The panels incorporate monolithic corners, ensuring perfect continuity of edges and enhancing the crispness of the volumes. This treatment contributes to the precision of the architectural expression, avoiding any visual break between planes.

The panels also feature integrated luminous strips, cast directly into the material. These illuminated lines animate the mineral surfaces and contribute to the building’s identity, both day and night.

The project also follows a stringent environmental approach, achieving both Minergie and BREEAM “Very Good” certifications, reflecting a strong focus on energy performance and the overall quality of the building envelope.

This project demonstrates Rebeton’s ability to deliver targeted solutions in complex projects, providing made-to-measure mineral panels that contribute fully to architectural precision and the articulation of the facades.
