Just a few minutes from the center of Geneva, in the sought-after Conches district, the Les Arases project consists of seven high-end residential buildings set within a landscaped environment featuring century-old trees. The development presents elegant contemporary architecture, where volumes, landscape, and user experience are closely intertwined.
The façades are conceived as a layered composition, playing with tonal variations to structure the volumes and harmoniously integrate the project into its natural surroundings.
Within this context, Rebeton produced the ACRYTHERM® mineral panels, developed in two complementary schemes. The ground floors, finished in anthracite, create a bold mineral base that contrasts with the landscaped ground and reinforces the building’s presence in the landscape. On the upper floors, light grey bands highlight the levels and contribute to the horizontal reading of the façades.
The entire façade is finished in fine stone, giving it a uniform materiality and durable surface quality. Made-to-measure manufacturing ensures precise alignment and continuity of lines, supporting a controlled architectural expression.
This project demonstrates Rebeton’s ability to support demanding residential developments, where the material contributes to structuring the volumes, anchoring the building within the landscape, and enhancing the perceived quality of the architecture.
