Office spaces (business district, coworking space, etc…) are amazing dynamic economic fortress that have to constantly reinvent themselves in order to match with evolving working habits of the active population. The sector is facing a fierce competition and being capable to differentiate and to innovate is critical.
Description
This project is the perfect demonstration of the capabilities of the ACRYTHERM® material technology to be what we call a universal material that can be used from the inside to the outside of a building : a same color, finition, feel can start outside on the facade to continue its way to the walls and floors in the inside. The same color, finition and feel can start on the facade to spread into the floors and urban furnitures. No other material can be universal like ACRYTHERM® is.

Description
L’Atelier Genève is a new and innovating 45’000 SQM office building concept totally dedicated to the needs of small businesses and craftsmanship shops in the area of Geneva in Switzerland. The office spaces have been designed with a maximum of modularity and flexibility so that they can evolve with the changing needs of small businesses.

Description

Description
Terralta is a 10’000 SQM office building located in the area of Lyon Part-Dieu in France. The building plays a role model in terms of environment consciousness by being at the cutting edge of environment friendly technologies : ACRYTHERM® for the ventilated facade cladding material and solar panels on the roof generating its own electricity.

Description
Located between the railroads and the city center, the Strato office building is at the heart of the business district of Clichy-Batignolles city in the suburbs of Paris.
The architecture wanted to be a passing to train wagons welcoming passengers as well as to give a feeling of layers stacking on each other. The ACRYTHERM® material technology contributed to make this architectural direction become a reality.
