But the situation has changed with major investment companies coming back to residential projects but with a different focus: alternative residential projects like student housing, senior housing, social housing, nursery, etc… By not dealing with indididual tenants but operator companies, the alternative residential projects are more profitable.

The residential building projects in Brazil inaugurated the first international expansion of the material technology ACRYTHERM® for the ventilated facade market. Curved design, bright and vibrant colors of ACRYTHERM® were the competitive advantages for the Brazil residential market.
